1. What These Terms Cover

These terms apply to this website and to any bid request or inquiry made through it. GG and D Specialty Design and Fabrication ("we," "us") provides custom design, CNC cutting and fabrication. Using the site or sending a request means you accept these terms. Any job we take on is governed by the written bid or agreement for that job; where it and this page differ, the written bid or agreement controls.

2. Bids

A bid is our price for the job as it was described to us, using the details and files you sent. It is not an order until both of us accept it in writing. If the drawing, quantity, material or finish changes, the price may change too.

Payment terms, timing and anything else about the job are set out in the written bid. Nothing on this website is an offer to do a particular job at a particular price.

3. Your Drawings and Files

Custom work is built to the specifications you give or approve. You are responsible for the accuracy of your drawings and measurements, and for having the right to use any design you send us.

Files you send are used only to review, price and build your job. We do not share or sell your designs.

4. Pieces for Sale

Finished pieces shown on this website are available while they last. A listing is not a reservation; a piece is yours once it is paid for.

5. Text Messaging

If you check the SMS consent box on our form or ask us in writing to text you, we may send text messages about your request, your bid and your job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent Texas law allows, our liability for any claim arising from this website or our work is limited to the amount you paid us for the job involved. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Photos and Content

The photographs, copy and design of this website belong to GG and D Specialty Design and Fabrication or are used under license. Do not copy or republish them without written consent.

8. Privacy

We collect only what we need to answer you and do the work. We do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, how we use it and your rights.

9. Disputes

Texas law governs these terms. Before filing anything, contact us and give us a real chance to make it right. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be settled by binding arbitration in Montgomery County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each of us waives a jury trial and class participation. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small claims court.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
